Board of Directors

I have been involved with LYHA since our son Ryan began skating here in 2017 as a Rink Rat. I live in Lysander with my wife Kerry and our three kids. I’ve practiced law as a corporate attorney for over 20 years. 

I am financial executive with over 15 years of experience in financial leadership, strategic planning, and operational management. I hold both a Bachelor of Science and an MBA from the State University of New York at Oswego. I am also a Certified Public Accountant in New York State. My career includes extensive public accounting experience with KPMG, and I currently serve as the Controller for ITT Inc.’s Industrial Process division, where I have played a key role in driving revenue growth and leading acquisition integrations.

In addition to my corporate work, I have significant non-profit experience, having served as Treasurer and Vice Chair of the Board for On Point for College. During my tenure, I helped the organization navigate the challenges of the COVID-19 crisis and successfully increased its operating budget. As a proud hockey parent, I am excited to support the growth of the Lysander Hockey program and look forward to its continued success in the years to come.

My name is Aaron LaDuke. I’m the current ACE and ADM Director. I currently have one child in the organization. I’m an assistant coach for the 10U Red team.

I have been involved in USA hockey for over 37 years. The majority of the time as a player and I have been privileged to coach the last 5 years. It’s been an honor to coach in the game I love so much. I love sharing my knowledge for the game with the kids. The Lysander organization has become a 2nd family to me. I enjoy spending time at the rink and helping out. I’m really looking forward to see this organization to continue to grow.
